Favourites: June 2014.

Hi guys,

Welcome to the first of many favourite blog. Sorry for the late blog post been looking after my brother. This is for the month of June. Can't believe this month has gone super quickly :) Hope you enjoy it :)

Make up:

Face:
My favourite foundation is a mixture of two different foundations, which are the Estee Lauder Double wear foundation in the shade: 2C3 Fresco and Revlon Nearly Naked foundation in shade Ivory.


Eyes:
For eyes I would say I'm in love with the Soup and Glory Eye Primer. As is acts as a highlight as well. Sometimes I've just wore this on it's on with some eyeliner.

My favourite eyeliner at the moment is the Rimmel Scandal eyes Waterproof Gel Liner by Kate Moss in Emerald. It has good staying power which is good for me as I have oily eyelids. I think I might get this same eyeliner by in black as so in love with it :)

Lips:
For lips I have been loving the Revlon Colour Burst Lip Butter - Sugar Frosting with the ELF Lip Balm SPF 15 in the shade Pink. Love this lip combo so much as it gives me a little bit SPF on my lips which is good for lip care :)


Fashion:

(from left to right): Grey skull dress, fake leather leggings, dark blue top, grey and blue stripy jumper top and a blue dress with black skirt.

I really love the blue and black dress as it has some slits to the side of the dress with you can wear on its own or cover them up which is what I do.




Favourite Moments:

I have so many favourite moments this moment. One of which getting my new smart phone which is a Sony Xperia SP. If you guys would love me to do a review of this phone then let me know would be happy to do one :)

As you might not know I am off for summer break and wont be back at university till September/October time. So having all this time off I've been working and seeing my friends. As we don't see a lot of each other due to some of them working full time or at university and having part time jobs like myself. So when we do see each other we enjoy spending time with each other.

In terms of places to eat. I have been loving this juice/smoothie place in Southampton called Fuel. The one I had was called waterfall which had strawberries, oranges and pineapples. It is really good and is super refreshing considering the weather has been getting super hot over here in the UK.

Another thing I have been loving doing the blog again. I have really been missing doing the blog and want to keep on doing the blogs for as long as possible. Upcoming months I will be moving in to a shared house for university. Hi everyone,

So sorry for not posting in a while been a bit mad the last few months in terms of university. Never knew how mad it would be! Anyway, I hope you can forgive me for that. In terms of university I have finished my first year and currently on summer break now till end of September/October, which is pretty mad. So going to try and do a few blog posts a week maybe 2-3 a week and see how I get on.

I was thinking maybe doing a healthy food idea as I am currently trying to eat/drink more healthy. Yeah I am trying to lose a bit of weight but I wanna do it in a way that I’m not giving up on things I enjoy eating but just having less of it. Also doing more exercise is a most for me as getting into the habit of not going outside unless I have to, turning into a hermit I guess (hehe). So yeah really want to get out of that habit, was thinking of doing that maybe on a Saturday or Sunday and showing you guys what I eat (with photos) and how much exercise I did and stuff and maybe putting how much I have lost so if you guys like this idea of healthy eating it can be something to do togetherJ.   On the other hand, I would be doing baking and maybe a student recipe section which would look at ideas of cooking for yourself or you and some friends but still being health and not costing lots.

In addition, I was thinking of doing a ask Fran section where you can ask me anything If I have enough people or might do a tag section of like the TMI tag and things like that so you guys can get to know me a bit better J. I was thinking of doing this maybe on Wednesdays?

Finally, I am still going to do make up/fashion/favourite section to my blogs to which I give honest reviews about products I have seen and heard great things about and wanting to try out for myself. This might be doing fashion section on Friday so it can be fashion Fridays? So can do first week of the month a makeup/haul blog of products and items I have brought over the last month and show photos of me wearing the clothes and make up ideas. Then the other 2 middle Fridays in the month might be like look books or just random things I have tried out of the month. The last week of the month would be a favourite’s blog which would include moments/fashion items/makeup/hair/food/places/youtubers/films.

I hope this is okay with you guys, this is hopefully my way of making it up to you for the times I’ve not posted stuff on here. If you haven’t done so already please share this blog that that others can see it (that would be mind blowing) and please feel free to leave comments below. January Favourites 2013! x

Hi Everyone,

I hope you are all well. I can't believe where January has gone, I can see this year being a very quick year again! Any who, this is when I talk about what I have been enjoying the past 4 weeks in products such as make up, candles, perfumes and food, music and more. LETS START!!!

Make-up: 

my favourites this month have to be......

The MUA Undressed palette. I use this palette if I want to create a natural look. However, over the last week I have changed my look completely in I have the palette that has as shade 11 a black with some bits of glitter in it under my lower lid line one it's own or with eyeliner on the upper lid. I use shade one (from left to right on palette)  or I use shade 9 all over my lid. It's great for creating new looks for everyday and would definitely recommend to friends and family as love it!

Skin Care:

For skin care I have been loving the body shop's Cucumber Concombre Cleansing milk and freshening water. These act as a toner, cleanser and moister in one I love these two products. My skin isn't that bad because I don't seem to get spots that much or break out so I use this once every 2-3 days and seems to work well. I am really sad to find that these have stopped now from the shop online.

Fashion:

I love my scarves at the minute! I love my Skull accessorize I got for Christmas from my bestie Izzy and I were that with my other favourite navy blue leather jacket which I got from Miss Selfridge in the January sales. I love it as it looks smart and you can dress it down as I wore this jacket with a lace dress to a family wedding and lots of people asked were I got it from.Also I have been after a cheap leather jacket that looks good on me and wasn't too much. In the sale it was £37 but with student discount I got it for £33.70 which was good. I'll try and find a photo of me wearing this outfit and post it on here for you guys to see :)

Candle:

I love my candles so the one I have been using a lot is Yankee Candle in Red Velvet. I got this candle from Clinton Cards and saw it would normal be like £7-9 but I got it for £4.98 :S so I was quite happy with that little bargain. The reason I love this candle is because it makes my room smell of cake which is lush and it stays in my room quite a while after I have used it too.


Perfume:

This is an old fragrance by it's Vera Wang  Lovestruck (suitable title with valentines day coming up!). I got this for Christmas last year (2011) and was worried I'd use it all up so only used it on special occasions, but now I rediscovered it and loved it I use it more often than normal and would be happy to get the a bigger size as only have the 30ml one :) Also the packaging is amazing very me! :P

Food:

I have been loving M&S Extremely Chocolatey mini rolls, They come in a blue tub and they are so addictive it's unreal! They are meant for my brother more so than me and every time I went in the kitchen I'd have one or 2 before I knew it a tub was gone! :P sorry Josh haha!

Music:

I love all types of music so to pick a genre or band is hard so I'd have to go with All that Remains as this band always wakes me up for an early bus ride to college and it's good because it has "screamo" bits as such but it has a melody bit too which is what I love in metal music <3

A New Beginning! x

Hello Everyone,

If you haven't guessed already my name is Fran but not Fran Helsing that's just a nickname :P Any who I have been meaning to set a blog for a while now but just needed to sit down and do it so here is the first one. My blogs are going to consist of:
